Its flagship projects are its 100% owned Copeçal gold project, which comprises 2 tenements covering 4,000 hectares in the Juruena gold province in the Mato Grosso state of central-western Brazil; the Magno project, which comprises 53 contiguous claims covering 37,204 hectares located in Cassiar, British Columbia; and the Three Guardsmen project, which comprises 14 contiguous mineral tenures covering 16,234 hectares located within the Atlin mining division of northwestern British Columbia, Canada. The company was formerly known as Altum Resource Corp. and changed its name to GoldHaven Resources Corp. in July 2020. GoldHaven Resources Corp. was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
