In addition, the company offers light and brightness detection equipment, such as RADEX Lupin, a flicker meter, lux meter, and gamma ray detection; and RADEX Obsidian, a scintillation detector, spectrum analysis, and OLED display. Further, it develops and sell the CenterEye software product and other related tools; and artificial intelligence and analytics to improve call center operations through real-time analysis of audio, video, and related performance data and integration with platforms including Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, and Avaya. It markets its products through the independent distributors and the Internet. The company was formerly known as Quatra-Rad, Inc. and changed its name to Quarta-Rad, Inc. in February 2012. Quarta-Rad, Inc. was founded in 1990 and is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
