The company also has an option to acquire a 70% interest in the Nassau property covering an area of approximately 200 square kilometers located south-east of Paramaribo. The company was formerly known as Miata II Capital Corp. and changed its name to Miata Metals Corp. in March 2023. Miata Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
